Two kinds of waste sit on either side of every customer conversation. Before: someone reconstructs context that already exists in four systems. After: someone writes notes that will be read once, if at all.

Meanwhile the signals that should prompt action — a usage pattern that suggests expansion, behaviour that suggests intent — are sitting in a warehouse, correctly computed, entirely unread. Publishing them to a dashboard doesn't fix that. It just moves the unread thing somewhere new.
Enquanto isso, os sinais que deveriam provocar uma ação — um padrão de uso que sugere expansão, um comportamento que sugere intenção — estão no warehouse, calculados corretamente e totalmente ignorados. Publicar isso num dashboard não resolve. Só muda de lugar a coisa que ninguém lê.
The approach

I built and now lead a team inside Revenue Operations focused on AI Systems: internal, self-hosted tooling rather than another vendor. Two lines of work.

Briefing and debriefing. Automated workflows that assemble context ahead of a meeting and process what came out of it afterwards, so prep and follow-up stop consuming the hours around the conversation.

Signal routing. Buying signals to Sales, expansion signals to Customer Success — pre-analysed rather than raw, and delivered into the tool the team already lives in. The design constraint is that nobody should have to go somewhere to receive them. A signal that requires a detour is a signal that doesn't get acted on.

Control over the data path, mostly. It also means the team can iterate on prompts and workflows at the speed of the problem instead of the speed of a vendor roadmap, and that the thing we build is ours to keep.
Controle sobre o caminho dos dados, principalmente. Também significa que o time itera prompts e workflows na velocidade do problema, não na do roadmap de um fornecedor, e que o que construímos é nosso.
What's hard about it
O que é difícil
Not the models. The hard parts are deciding what's worth surfacing — precision matters far more than recall when the output lands in someone's workflow, because a noisy channel gets muted once and never comes back — and building enough trust that people act on the output instead of re-deriving it by hand.
